How To Fake A Glowing Tan

Let’s face it no one wants to look like a ghost in the Summer.  Self tanners aren’t too bad for the body but they streak and look orange and an orange face is just plain strange.  Even if you haven’t tanned in years, you may have noticed some brown spots, melasma and discolorations on your face.  Sun damage is cumulative and can appear long after your tanning days. Everyone knows you should always apply sunblock. A more natural way to fake some color is with bronzing powder. The trick is to apply it with a fan highlight brush, which lays on a sheer layer of color. Make sure you brush it over your cheeks, chin, nose and forehead which are the areas you would normally tan. Most important use a light touch, a sheer glow looks better than heavy powdering.
